The rental charges include the full use of the chalet during the rental period, one parking space in the garage (more is available outside when there is no snow), utilities, bed linen, a Fr. 50.-- contribution to the local hospitality tax, as well as the usual cleaning costs at the end of the rental (representing about 4 hours of work). Towels are available at a price of Fr. 10.--  per set (up to 5 sets are available).

The rental price excludes telephone charges. The telephone may only be used in case of emergencies or to receive calls. The renters agree to leave the chalet in the conditions it was found. At the end of their stay, they should place the last dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher; and place the bed linen (and towels if they used those of the chalet) in the washing machine before leaving and start the washing machine. In the event extraordinary cleaning is required as a result of the Rental, the lessor will be entitled to charge the lessee an additional amount representing the additional cleaning cost.
